How do I make a call with ZEDSMS?

You can call from a ZEDSMS Private number. Shared numbers are for receiving SMS only and cannot make or receive calls.

Before you start

• You have an active Private number that has not expired.
• Your device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
• You have enough balance. See How do I add balance?

Steps

1. Open the ZEDSMS app on your phone and sign in.
2. Choose the number you want to call from.
3. Pick a contact, or type the number you want to call on the dial pad.
4. Dial in international format, starting with + and the country code, for example +44 for the UK. See How do I dial an international number?
5. Tap the call button.

Note: the ZEDSMS website does not have a call screen. Calls are made in the mobile app. If you cannot find the call option, contact support@zedsms.com.
