If calls or chat messages are not arriving, work through these steps:

  1. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  2. Open your phone's Settings, find ZedSMS and make sure notifications are turned on.
  3. On Android, also check that battery optimisation is not stopping the app from running in the background.
  4. Open the app once to refresh your session.
