If WhatsApp has banned the number you were using, the ban was applied by WhatsApp, not by ZEDSMS. WhatsApp decides which numbers it accepts and which accounts it blocks.
Common reasons for a ban
- Reports and blocks. When other people report or block your account, WhatsApp may ban it. This is the most common reason.
- Registering too many times. Trying to register several numbers, or the same number many times, in a short period can trigger a ban.
- Sending spam. Bulk, unwanted or repeated messages, especially to people who do not know you.
What you can do
- Wait before trying again, and do not request codes repeatedly.
- Only message people who expect to hear from you.
- If you believe you did not break WhatsApp's rules, contact WhatsApp through their contact page. Only they can lift a ban.
Because of how WhatsApp treats virtual numbers, we cannot guarantee that any number will be accepted. See our Terms & Conditions, and Why am I not receiving my verification code?
